Redeem Frequent Diner Points online! If you have accrued Frequent Diner Points you can now redeem your award online to receive a discount off your order amount. If the restaurant has a frequent diner program, a drop down list of awards will appear on the checkout page.

Check your My Account section for your current Frequent Diner Points available at each restaurant. Click on the restuarant name on this page to see the restaurant's award redemption policy.

The Frequent Diner award program for each restaurant is listed under the restaurant Home Page. To find it, search for the restaurant. Then click on restaurant home and discount policy.

Every time you visit a restaurants home page you will see in the lower right side the total of any frequent diner points that you have accumulated. You will also see points accumulated for a restaurant on your Favorite Meals listing.

In our About 2GoClub you can now recommend your favorite restaurant to have added to our ever growing list of online restaurants. When you tell us about your favorite restaurants we will contact them and invite them to join our site.

The delivery policy for the restaurant is now viewable from the restaurant’s supporting pages. Put your mouse over “Restaurant Home” in our navigation bar and check out the delivery policy.

2GoClub Launch Contest Update. ONLY 2 weeks left in the contest. The final day for entries is Sunday, October 1st. Each order between now and then will place TWO entries into the drawing.

On the check out page we have added an area for you to provide the number of diners. The default is one. If you specify your order by person, then it will use the number of unique individuals. If the number is not correct you may change the number of diners. This gives the restaurant a better idea of your party and how to best serve you. It might be the number of napkins, or plasticware, the number of fortune cookies to include, or the size of your table if you are dining in.

If you would like to see how the site works without placing a real order, we have a test restaurant where you can go through the whole process from start to finish. Click on the search button in the menu bar and select “2goclub demonstration restaurant.” You can place an order and it will show you the complete process without placing a real order. Of course you don’t get your food either.

To help ensure your security and prevent fraud we are now recording the ip address of the machine that is used to place orders on 2goclub. You will find this visible at the bottom of your Final Confirmation and Receipt Pages.

This gives you the opportunity to provide the details of what happened to help us create a better site for you. New Look – My Account has numerous changes. You may view your accrued frequent diner points and order history. You can save multiple credit cards and addresses with your account.

New Feature – You can use credit cards to order. You may save multiple credit cards with your account if you want to use one for personal orders and another for business orders (see My Account). You can also use a temporary credit card for a single order on the checkout page. You may also include a tip to be added to your charge when paying by credit card. A friendly tip helper will help calculate various tips for you.

New Feature - Order for today or tomorrow. Specify time and day for your order. See the check out page. You may also submit an order even when the restaurant is closed, you will be prompted for the first available time today or tomorrow when the restaurant is open. In order to ensure that your order is ready when you expect it, the system requires a 45 minute lead time for delivery and 30 minutes for take out and dine-in. This allows time to fax the order to the restaurant and confirm it. Most restaurants do not have internet or computers to receive online orders

New Feature - You can now specify your order for Dine In. When using Dine In, you pay at the restaurant and can not pay online.

New Feature - Group ordering phase I: you may specify by item who the diner is. Then ordered items, taxes, delivery charge (if applicable), and tip are split between each diner and individual sub-totals are provided.
