Ordering online is a breeze... here's how.


The Basics

You can order online for pick up, delivery (if the restaurant offers it) or dine-in. You can securely store the information necessary to make repeat visits more convenient. Once you have chosen a restaurant you can view and order from their menu(s), select your desired pickup or delivery time, payment method, and a host of other options. When you check out, you receive an email confirming your order. You will also have a receipt page that you can print out. It's a good idea to print one or the other and bring it with you to the restaurant for pickup orders.

If you would like to place a trial order (it will not affect any real restaurants) you can select Spokane, WA and 2GoClub Demo Restaurant. Make sure that orders@2goclub.com is an allowed address in your spam filters.


Find restaurants near you
There are several ways to locate restaurants in the areas you want. You can click the search button in the menu bar at any time for a complete listing. You can select a State from the drop down list. Then you can select a cuisine or a letter for an alphabetical listing for that state. To start over click on either the search button or the 2GoClub Home button.

We have expanded our search capabilities. You can now search by city or by specifying an address or zip code and the distance from that point that you want to search. You can vary the distance by using a drop down box. You can search for only restaurants that deliver if you choose.

Deliver to me!

Find out which restaurants will deliver to your home or office. Specify an address or zip code and we will tell you which restaurants will deliver to you based on the number of miles the restaurant will deliver. For the most accurate results you will need to specify a address. Zip code searches will give you an indiction, but because of there size, they are not as accurate. Since our delivery area is based on a circle there may be some areas where the delivery is restricted by a natural boundry such as a river or large lake. Please take these into account.

In order to give you this capability we look up your address in a national data base. If for some reason we can not find your address, we offer you some suggestions as to how to resolve the problem. Without a located address, you will not be able to use all of our new features


Choosing a restaurant
Once you have found a list of the restaurants that meet your search criteria you can review them to select the one you want. Search results that return more than 8 restaurants will allow you to move through multiple pages by clicking the page number at the bottom. You can also select restaurant names beginning with a particular letter of the alphabet.

Ordering from a restaurant

Ordering Food

From the left panel choose a menu that you would like to order from - the menu expands to show each "menu page". The center of the page is replaced by the first menu page for that menu. You can choose item and quantity and click on "order". You will be taken to the customization page for that item. You can select the appropriate options and also indicate who the item is for. Items will be grouped by who they are for. Charges such as taxes, delivery charges, and tip will be split evenly between each user. When done customizing click on add to order.

Repeat the process until you have all of the items you desire. On the right side you will see the guest check. Each item will have a "modify" and "remove" icon so you can adjust them at any time.

Checking out

Order Type

When the order is complete, click on "check out". On the check out page you will first be asked to select from take out, delivery, or dine in. Any options not available will be grayed out. If delivery is an option you will have the option to pick an existing address from your profile, add a new address, edit an existing address, or use a temporary address if you are at a friend’s house.

Paying

If you choose Dine in you will skip the next step. You will next be asked to choose your payment method. If credit card is an option you will have the option to use an existing card from your profile, add a new credit card, edit an existing card, or use a temporary credit card if the boss is paying for the meal.

If you pick credit card you will be presented with a tip helper and the ability to add an optional tip to the order. If you do not pick credit card, the tip helper will be included in the email so that you can decide when you pay the restaurant.

Order Time

The next choice will be the time for pickup or delivery. There is a 30 minute lead time for pick up and 45 minutes for delivery. This allows adequate time for successful transmission of the order to the restaurant as well as time to prepare and deliver your food. “For now” will automatically select the earliest available time. “For later” will allow you to specify a time for today or tomorrow that is within both the restaurant hours and the necessary lead times.

Additional Order Info

You will be able to add special instructions to the cashier, chef or delivery driver if necessary. If you're not at home or the office you may add a temporary phone number and/or a temporary email address.

Number of Diners

You can specify the number of diners for this meal. This will help the restaurant to provide the correct number of plasticware, condiments, etc for your meal. If you order by person, we will use the number of people to fill in this field. You can overwrite it if you choose.

Finishing Checkout

When you have completed the process click on "submit order". At any time you can click on a menu or menu page on the left and leave the check out process to add a forgotten item. When you click on check out again, you will be taken back to where you left off.

Final Confirmation and Receipt

The Final Order Confirmation page gives you once last chance to review all of the information you have submitted. If it is correct then click on finish order, if not then click on previous to make changes. Once you click finish (only once please) you will be given a receipt page which you can print. Click on search or 2GoClub home to look at other restaurants.

If you start the check out process on one restaurant and then go to another restaurant without completing your order, items from the first restaurant will still be in your guest check. If you then select items from the second restaurant, the items from the first restaurant will be deleted. You need to place separate orders for each restaurant.

The upper left side of each ordering page contains further information specific to the page. Our ordering process is very simple and user friendly. If you need assistance look to the upper left corder of the page.


Payment methods and restaurant policies

Each restaurant sets its own policies including payment methods, delivery requirements, and hours of operation. Delivery requirements may include limited delivery area, minimum order size and delivery charges. Only supported order and payment methods are available to you when you check out.
